Tem 2 termos que fiquei em dúvida sobre como traduzir e não encontrei no glossário:

• stakeholders (4º parágrafo): traduzi como "partes interessadas"
• marketers (4º parágrafo): traduzi como "comerciantes" (achei estranho, mas não identifiquei uma tradução melhor).
