What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR implements support for
gardener/gardener'sWorkerPoolKubernetesVersionfeature gate. Since there are neither CSI migration nor any Kubernetes version specific constraints in the kubelet configuration, the only task is documenting that it supports the feature with the next release.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
