"No results" message for the updates feeds needs updating

The "No results" message for the various updates feeds is out of date and needs updating. It also needs one version for each type of feed (or a reference that's generic to all four), rather than a reference to Record articles that generates when there are no results for press releases, weekly digests or tips for treasurers. (Not to mention Record articles are now going back to 2005 in html and to 2004 in PDF on the main site (and to 1975 on the transition site - see this issue for background: #1158).

I'm working on drafting an updated message right now that will include tips, weekly digests and press releases, and link to the older Record archive for older Record articles. Will also refer people to the contact page should they need help. Once I'm satisfied with draft, will send around to the content team and possibly Press and Info.

I've sent the draft to the content team, Info and Press Office for review. Once they're happy, will post it here and make the ticket for the front end work.

While all press releases, weekly digests and tips for treasurers are searchable, FEC Record articles published before 2005 exist only in PDF format and are not included in these search results. Please try another search or visit our archive of Record articles from 1975-2004 (link to https://transition.fec.gov/pages/fecrecord/fecrecord.shtml).
