Port-forward does not work with Vert.x HTTP Client

Port-forward does not work. Accessing the pod leads to exceptions in log.

The feature that allows the fabric8 client to open a local port that will forward to a container port.

See #5039 - this is not specific to vert.x the non-okhttp clients need to have a subprotocol set.
