can reproduce in latest main branch

os: windows 10

gas price 20 gwei, gas limit 2100000
firefox X metamask

made 3 accounts in metamask

  1. give funds to first account
  2. send first -> second in cli
  3. send first -> third in metamask <- not working

it's by incorrect chainid 1337,
changed to 2,
working fine

created #358 as an enhancement
