User story: Display decreasing logs in content window

As a data manager I want to be able to look at e.g. Reaming Up logs (logs that are decreasing and have higher value start index than end index), so that I can see the values of curves/mnemonics in that log.

Acceptance criteria

  • I am able to see the logs with log.direction "decreasing" in the content window.

Also, here are a few points that need to be addressed:

  • WEx today does not let start index be higher than end index
