  4. reputation type: https://github.com/encointer/pallets/blob/5cf7f0af0ede20d0315087d50988685b789eb664/primitives/src/ceremonies.rs#L49
    • VerifiedUnlinked and VerifiedLinked are both valid to be counted as reputation
    • for a given account //Alice, communityIdentifier (get it from logs), and cycle index (cli get-phase )
    • query the last 5 cycles and count the number of valid reputations
    • verify read proof (done by SDK)
