Ember 3.9 is released! A version of Ember is considered complete once the blog post is available on the site to show people about the new features and updates, after Ember.js, Ember Data, and Ember CLI have all finished their releases. https://blog.emberjs.com/2019/04/10/ember-3-9-released.html.
