You can only import from common, server, and public modules. You could try exporting something from common/index and that might work for you.

Rob, Christos, and I talked about this offline and we're still not sure why we're getting the export token error in our test fixtures. So we're going to keep it hard coded for now 😞

Issue: #94187
This PR refactors the authorization to reduce the repetition of
try/catcharound theensureAuthorizedand other authorization methods.I'm PRing this now so that @cnasikas and I can leverage the refactoring while we implement the RBAC changes for each route.
