Yes it could, so if it fails again I am going to change the implementation. Because we should not rely on a toast that disappears |

Summary
Closes #88466. This test doesn't fail a lot. I couldn't replicate it but I think that happens because the toast needs more time to appear. So I have increased the time a bit and I am going to watch it. If it continues to fail this means that we should change a bit the implementation, as now we depend on a toast that fades out after some time.
I have run the flaky test runner some times https://kibana-ci.elastic.co/job/kibana+flaky-test-suite-runner/1138/ and it was always successful. But as it doesn't fail a lot this is not the best indicator.
