This prevents the menuItem.run() function from being executed if the button is clicked.
This is a breaking change. The default behaviour will now be that connections from remote users will be rejected.
Bind Kibana server to localhost. This is a breaking change. Now, Kibana will not be accessible to remote users by default. To enable this, the server.host parameter needs to be configured.

Can you clarify why we need to disable those? As far as I know, we updated the codebase already to address most of those... |

Upgrades eslint and other related dependencies to the latest versions so that we can take advantage of some of the new auto-fixing features while making the transition to babel 6.
For the time being,
no-unused-vars,no-var,prefer-const,no-extra-semi, andquotesare turned off as fixing the new violations can be done automatically and because the changes were too large for this PR.
