Summary
In this PR we are adding a Cypress test to check that signals can be closed and opened.
In order to test it these are the actions that we are performing:
Note that due to this bug: #59956 the test is passing because is implementing the workaround of refreshing the page before checking the values of the displayed number of signals. Once the bug is fixed, that should be deleted from the test.
