Describe the bug
Scroll bar is not present on Edit Endpoint Exception flyout and user is unable to cancel and save the Endpoint exception and to close the alerts that matches the exception.

Build Details:

VERSION : 8.3.3-BC1
BUILD: 53667
COMMIT: 4741a65be80159ba7056b9a74237a1fb33891de9

VERSION: 8.4.0

Preconditions

  1. Kibana should be running.
  2. Endpoint alert should be available.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Alerts tab.
  2. Go to Exception lists page.
  3. Click on the assigned rule under endpoint_list.
  4. Under Endpoint security rule page, navigate to Exceptions tab.
  5. Edit the added Endpoint exception.
  6. Observe that Scroll bar is not present on Edit Endpoint Exception flyout.

Actual Result
Scroll bar is not present on Edit Endpoint Exception flyout.

Expected Result
Scroll bar should be present on Edit Endpoint Exception flyout.

What's not working:
The same issue is occurring on 8.4.0-snapshot build.

We have validated this issue on the latest 8.4.0-BC2 build and observed that the issue is fixed. Please find below the testing details:
