Dear reviewer: DatafeedRunner is the old DatafeedManager. Its a simple rename refactor. The DatafeedManager is a brand new class that pulls in methods that were originally inside Transport* classes. |

This unifies the concept of object management between datafeeds and anomaly jobs.
