Fixes #93237

This page was split in #88495 and replaced with a new overview page with the same ID (fix-common-cluster-issues), so this outdated, orphaned page needs to be removed to prevent contributors from getting confused

  • Verified that all changes to the orphaned page had also been made on the split topic pages (used gitlens to find all of the changes since Jul 2022 and confirmed they were reflected on the other relevant page)
  • Deleted the orphan
  • Skipped a redirect - the ID is the same so there is nothing to redirect to/from
  • Verified that the page with the same ID doesn't blow up when I preview it

there is no preview because of the duplicate ID issue
