Includes minor fixes to the equiprobable discretization
Fixes a divide by zero error that occurs when some random variables are uncorrelated in a distribution with a non-diagonal $\Sigma$
Fixes minor bugs in the code when univariate discretization is called upon in the case of diagonal $\Sigma$
