WHAT

Upgrades the EDC dependency to the newly create 0.4.1 version, fixes compile errors, updates tests etc.

WHY

Keep in-step with current developments

FURTHER NOTES

  • contractId is now mandatory on EDRs
  • Azure Blob Store: rename blobname -> blobName
  • PolicyContext#getParticipantAgent() was removed
  • adopts to the new transfer completion mechanism, fully replacing the StatusCheckers
  • uses the TransferService directly in the EDC controllers
  • other compile-time fixes
