Adds the steps for:

Listing all workspaces
Creating workspaces
Stopping workspaces
Starting stopped workspaces
Removing workspaces

The Restarting workpsaces section was removed, as it can be done by following the Stopping workspaces and then the Starting stopped workspaces sections
