requires:

• enhance extract_cmd function to use 'cp -a' for shell scripts (.sh) easybuild-framework#3545 (no-op extract command for shell script "source" files)
• add custom easyblock to support installation of new Intel compilers (v2021.x, oneAPI) easybuild-easyblocks#2305 (custom easyblock for intel-compilers)

Testing requires the use of --accept-eula intel-compilers

For me on generoso, this is failing:

Also, when this error occurs $HOME is still redefined which breaks the GitHub integration so I couldn't upload the test report

Oh goodie, it seems like to obtain the 2021.1.2 version of the Intel Fortran compiler you first need to install the HPC basekit (2021.1.0.2684, still latest), and then install stuff on top?! :(

@rscohn2 Is that really the proper procedure?

edit: No, I misunderstood that, https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Fortran-Compiler/Announcing-Intel-Fortran-Compiler-Patch-Release-2021-1-2-Answers/m-p/1240262#M153503 just outlines the procedure for only updating the compilers when you already have the HPC Toolkit installed.

In this case, we actually want only the compilers, so the HPC Toolkit is not needed at all...
