update to group Black and Other Category correctly
update aggregator to group 85+ into one group - suicide data contains ages up to 104

Update master with updated greeter scripts for population and 113 aggregator.
Population script updated to combine Black & Other to one group. Original population data had 3 categories that are now in Black & Other group. Orginal greeter script left them seperated, which causes problems for pivoting, now greeter combines all Black & Other into one line
Aggregator script now combines all 85+ into one line. Suicide data has ages up to 104, population stops at 85+, Aggregator now sums suicide counts for any age 85+
