FWIW, the Configuration class this conflicts with in the Microsoft.AspNetCore.Builder namespace is being replaced by ConfigurationManger in the Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration namespace. As soon as the aspnetcore repo gets a runtime dependency update including #55338, I'll delete Configuration.
