Full-Text search is too complex a feature that currently already takes up way too much time and creates complexity that we don't really want in Docat. We will therefore remove it and replace with a client-based solution that only searches Projects and Versions.

As it was too complex, I removed the index and full-text search from the
API, and added simple searching through the loaded projects and versions
to the UI.
