fixes #4402

I'm not sure what the consequences of this fix is, the code I removed says something about animation.
But removing it does display the Iterate.Array' divider="line", which previously was hidden.

I also don't really understand the divider property, it looks to be available in so many components, but I was not able to make it appear with divider="line" in many of the component that has the property, like in Iterate.ViewContainer, and Flex.Item 🤔
