Remove two plotting functions that use the (soon to be removed)
ResultListformat. These utilities were only used in a single notebook. This code was never widely used, so we are removing (instead of reimplementing) to simplify the code base.This was originally part of #563 , but is being broken out to make that PR more tractable.
