Notes from planning: @xiongjaneg

1. VBA Service Location: need to review tickets in Service Options / Modalities MVP #14683 In refinements, and understand the tradeoffs to VBA ship timeline if our approach includes modifying what works today on VAMCs.
2. In Dev epic, VBA Pilot MVP - Dev Work #12595, need to review FE "Skeleton" & template tickets and make sure they're updated in light of planning discussion that all of VBA pilot MVP data will live on a single page with a single URL, and these data chunks are more like subsections.
3. PPMS: need a stubby ticket for the meeting and follow up that will unblock Make the content of the PPMS trainings array available via vets-api  #13359
