Coordinate the Banquet

If we're at the YMCA this will be taken care of completely by the facility. We would need at least 60 signed up to cover costs.

Can we bring a band in that would play for tips? Molly has done this in the past.

Coordinate with DJ to make sure the venue won't have a problem with that. We'll need to consider if they'll bring in their own sound system, if the YMCA has one, or if we'll need to consider renting another one.

Prices: $16 for food alone. $25 for food and alcohol.

Sarah George will be coordinating Banquet Tickets. I am standing by to hear what the final word for additional plates will cost once we meet the $1,500.00 minimum and how much we are to expect per serving size.

We will sale each meal plate for $25.00

Grant mentioned on 9/18th that he will ask his friends to perform at the banquet. I will confirm asap.
