In regards to Rain-Out, Alma received the following:

In inclement weather we would typically reschedule the event and carry the deposit over to the next date. If activities are in progress, we would delay the activities until the weather passes but there would be no refund. The only way you could cancel and receive your full deposit back is if you were to cancel 14 days out.

We need to have a policy for clubs who have paid to come but are unable to play due to inclement weather. I think the policy is simply that we are unable to issue refunds to clubs because we will be unable to receive refunds for the services we paid for ourselves.

@AlmaFraga Is there an option for an outdoor audio system?

The rainout policy will be something along the lines of: No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. The lodging should remain accessible and open but the facility will close the lake as necessary.

@hafezoa We'll need to include this on the registration form and in the general venue information (maybe in an FAQ).
