Identify a source for sound system
Coordinate with venue to make sure sound system will be onsite for the event
Verify YMCA has an ASCAP license to allow public playing of music
Create a plan for emcee/music

Dependent on #1 if the venue provides a sound system.

The venue with provide a single PA. This should be sufficient for our needs.

@AlmaFraga Could you ask the YMCA if they have an ASCAP license that allows us to play pre-recorded music onsite during the event?
