.The changes include shortening descriptions I thought to be too long for tooltips, and extending their remarks of the flag, field or assembly, instead. There are plenty of other cosmetic changes including adding periods to any descriptions that did not have them.
Also enhanced CSS for authoring.
Happy to clean up further, e.g. addressing whitespace.
