Upon closer examination, it appears as though what I was actually doing was reverting this part of a commit to make the plugin compatible with Swift 4.

However, I just tested my project (using Xcode 10) with that commit change intact and it built just fine, so I'm not sure my revision is needed or that there is still an issue with iOS 13.
