koji is currently broken:

RPM build errors:
    File not found: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/crun-1.9.1-1.fc39.aarch64/usr/share/man/man1/crun.1

Cause: #1297

Not sure what the reason is. Maybe that the man page is gzip'ed? Maybe fixed by appending *? Dunno, but I figure it'll be a lot easier for y'all to fix than for me.

I see @lsm5 took care of the rpm build, so closing the issue
