This PR adds:

  • dash tool to the project to update the DEPENDENCIES file more easily
  • adds the missing entries to the DEPENDENCIES file

as discussed with @sachinargade123 I will close this PR, as it does not cover the full maven multi model.
Nevertheless, please consider adding the dash tool with an appropriate config to your pom.xml to enable simple verification in the future.
