• add a test of the docker invocation that ensures the testing suite runs completely using only the docker container
• contemplate a GitHub Action for automatically building the containers over a matrix of architectures, python versions, and even release versions

• Running the docker-based CLI tests on push to every PR is overkill since nothing about the invocation or code inside the container would be updated. Set to daily CRON instead. Evidence of docker tests currently passing: https://github.com/catalystneuro/neuroconv/actions/runs/8395655155/job/22995388956
• All current package tags can be seen from https://github.com/catalystneuro/neuroconv/pkgs/container/neuroconv/versions
• Full demo is written and included to be somewhat more user-friendly than the dev instructions and should also help review
