Two PRs with the merge queue applied were accidentally merged in when we removed branch protection rules were turned off to merge in release changes into main. Revert these PR changes.

feat(conditionBuilder): unit test cases for keyboard navigation #5688
fix(CreateFullPage): beadcrumbs style issue #5599
