Description:

Download link causes page to load on the same tab

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Visit any page
  2. Long press on a hyperlink on the page
  3. Download link from context menu loads the selected link in the same tab

Actual result:
Download link causes page to load on the same tab

Expected result:
Should not have the download option until #206 is implemented
