Follow up to #5004

Connected, Verified notification appears to be triggered, but is not showing any text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile 0.69.x
2. Enable Rewards
3. Click Verify Wallet and follow flow to Uphold.
4. Create an account and confirm your email.
5. On Uphold, complete all KYC info.
6. Wait for verification.
7. A notification appears in browser but doesn't tell you anything.
