Mouse hover on the Customize list text makes text invisible in the NTP search box

Steps to reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.68.50 CR 126
2. Open a NTP
3. Click on NTP search dropdown
4. Mouse hover on the Customize list text makes text invisible in the NTP search box

Actual result

Mouse hover on the Customize list changes the text color to white
