Appear in NYC for the Tales from the Crypt podcast with wiz. Although it was strange to travel for a podcast, I think this might have been the single most effective growth maneuver I've been a part of so far...it seemed to result in lots of buzz, new interest, and perhaps even new contributors.

Working with FKrauss to determine how support will be handled. I'm not sure if/how much I'll be involved with the actual support initiative, but the knowledge base part will probably change docs in a meaningful way, so I'm keeping in the loop.
