GitHub Action Update build Failure list (https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/actions/workflows/build-failures.yml) is failing to find "r-boutroslabplottinggeneral" in the DAG because the recipe folder was being used instead of the name from meta.yaml.
