Walkthrough

The pull request involves an update to the meta.yaml file for the mycotools package. The version number has been incremented from "0.32.4" to "0.32.5". Alongside this version change, the SHA256 checksum for the source tarball has been updated to reflect the new version, changing from 9269affbc752d5c378e0d7f206220c8bedeb96f2064d8783957b07de210c5666 to e886c43b5faffb4d788a23f6016d146724c85ec8c9fc57ab3e0fcc24840c30b7. There are no additional modifications to the structure, dependencies, or scripts within the meta.yaml file beyond these updates.

Possibly related PRs

  • Update mycotools to 0.32.3 #51116: This PR updates the mycotools package version from 0.32.2 to 0.32.3 and also modifies the SHA256 checksum, similar to the version and checksum updates in the main PR for mycotools.

Chat

There are 3 ways to chat with CodeRabbit:

  • Review comments: Directly reply to a review comment made by CodeRabbit. Example:
    • I pushed a fix in commit <commit_id>, please review it.
    • Generate unit testing code for this file.
    • Open a follow-up GitHub issue for this discussion.
  • Files and specific lines of code (under the "Files changed" tab): Tag @coderabbitai in a new review comment at the desired location with your query. Examples:
    • @coderabbitai generate unit testing code for this file.
    • @coderabbitai modularize this function.
  • PR comments: Tag @coderabbitai in a new PR comment to ask questions about the PR branch. For the best results, please provide a very specific query, as very limited context is provided in this mode. Examples:
    • @coderabbitai gather interesting stats about this repository and render them as a table. Additionally, render a pie chart showing the language distribution in the codebase.
    • @coderabbitai read src/utils.ts and generate unit testing code.
    • @coderabbitai read the files in the src/scheduler package and generate a class diagram using mermaid and a README in the markdown format.
    • @coderabbitai help me debug CodeRabbit configuration file.

Note: Be mindful of the bot's finite context window. It's strongly recommended to break down tasks such as reading entire modules into smaller chunks. For a focused discussion, use review comments to chat about specific files and their changes, instead of using the PR comments.

@bgruening @mencian The artifacts aren't going to work for anything that you merged master into before I made this change (1:56 PM EDT): #51728

Unfortunately there was a mismatch between the path that the GitHub Actions configuration was using for the artifacts and what bioconda-utils is looking for. I had made the change but forgot to update it for linux-64 and osx-64. Best bet is to use the please fetch artifacts bioconda bot command (although not sure if that will see the image, might need to update that too.)
