Specialized for Night Game DozoR, but useful for another Quests.

Analyzing texts, determining language (RU, EN), and decrypting them by:

1. Caesar cypher (ROT-N)
2. Atbash cypher (A=Z, B=Y..)
3. Bacon cypher (AAABABA)
4. Wrong keymap (Shift+Alt)
5. Reverse text (from end to begin)
6. Morse (ru, en, and replacing dots by tirets)
7. HEX to text
8. BIN to text
9. ASCII codes to text
10. Position in alphabet
