Motivation
In Quickstart 1/Bootstrap 1, we used Callouts (https://digital.arizona.edu/ua-bootstrap/components.html#callouts) with the warning class quite extensively, and it appears this was removed in Quickstart 2/UA Bootstrap 2 and replaced with UA color names: https://digital.arizona.edu/arizona-bootstrap/docs/2.0/components/callouts/
Describe the solution you'd like
Reimplement the warning, danger, etc colors from Quickstart 1/Bootstrap 1 for more seamless site migrations.
