Adds an EventWriter to the eventstreamapi package. This type provides the glue between a generate API event stream Event type being marshaled into a event stream Message, and written to the event stream Encoder. Adds support for logging to evenstream.Encoder.
Adds support for API models which use bidirectional event streams. Includes support for Amazon Transcribe Streaming Service's StartStreamTranscription operation.
Fixes race condition in stream writer's close of underlying encoder. Ensures that close of stream writer's encoder happens in same goroutine as other event writes.
