These files haven't been changed for months. And I believe further development will happen on the
nextsite.Still, we can always bring these files back on demand from VCS and the pulsar.staged.apache.org site doesn't depend on files on master but the existence of
asf-siteso it won't be affected.This change helps reduce the download size of the repo and keep the workspace clean to further development.
