fix(providers/amazon): alias is_authorized_dataset to is_authorized_asset #43470

@Lee-W Lee-W commented Oct 29, 2024

Why

is_authorized_dataset has been is_authorized_asset in airflow 3.0 but not yet in 2.10, which will cause insufficient permission when using airflow 2.10 with aws 9.0.0

What

Alias is_authorized_dataset to is_authorized_asset and add a deprecation warning to is_authorized_dataset
