Temporarily disable 1vsAI game observation in auto updating clients, because of reported issues and instability... while still allowing the developer mode enabled clients.

Temporarily disable 1vsAI game observation in auto updating clients, because of reported issues and perceived instability... while still allowing 1vsAI observation to the developer mode enabled clients and still allowing 1vs1 observation to all clients.
