Updated gulp performance to output status updates (gulp performance: emit status updates amphtml#27030)
Decoupled amp-script and validator dev modes (amp-script: decouple dev modes amphtml#27076)
enabled chai-as-promised for integ tests (testing: enable chai-as-promised for integ tests amphtml#27077)
added change as a valid user activation event (🐛 activation-tracker: 'change' is an activation event amphtml#27108)
