This PR adds two encrypted tokens to .travis.yml for access permissions to Percy, a visual diffing tool. This is one step towards adding amphtml tests that do visual diffs across AMP versions.
The only actual changes in this PR are the two encrypted values named env.matrix.secure. The rest of the whitespace and formatting changes were auto-generated by travis, and are being checked in as is.
