Add support for displaying 'Due today|tomorrow'

For today or tomorrow pickups, setting due_txt to true will display 'Due today' or 'Due tomorrow' respectively instead of 'Today [in 0 days]' or 'Tomorrow [in 1 days]'.

Add support for hiding the card when garbage prepared or collected

Clicking the icon for a scheduled collection due today or tomorrow will hide the card until the day after the collection.

This may be used to hide the card if the garbage was prepared for collection or it was effectively collected.

Fix language locale

Fix language locale for translation when in form xx-YY (e.g. en-US).
