Online transaction and quick link descriptipons no longer needed.
As per design attached in pull request, various spacing and markup changes of the contact show page.
Beta label only appears here as it was decided that the index page didn't need to be listed as a beta. Needs alphagov/slimmer#64 and alphagov/static#381 to be displayed.

Contact show page redesign from @amywhitney, which is attached to PR. This included removal of Transaction Link, Quick Link Description and change of beta header to be a beta notice style label like https://www.gov.uk/oil-and-gas. Beta notice needs alphagov/slimmer#64 and alphagov/static#381 in order to work.
